Note for LOBA: this is a solid starting template — please review the booking, payment and cancellation terms with a legal advisor and adjust the specifics (deposit %, deadlines, refunds) to match how you actually operate.

1. Who we are

LOBA SURFCAMP, LDA, NIPC 519066731, with registered office at Rua 25 de Abril, n.º 11, 2530-342 Marteleira, Portugal. Contact: geral@lobasurfcamp.com.

2. About our service

LOBA organises tailor-made surf trips on Portugal's West Coast. We arrange elements such as accommodation, surf sessions, activities and transfers depending on the package you choose.

3. Requests & bookings

Sending the request form on our website is free and does not create a booking. After your request, we contact you (usually via WhatsApp) with availability and a price. A booking is only confirmed once we have agreed the details and received the agreed payment.

4. Prices & payment

Prices are confirmed in writing for your specific trip. We accept bank transfer (national & international), Revolut and PayPal. Once payment is received you get a booking confirmation and a Welcome Guide. Any deposit and balance terms will be stated at the time of booking.

5. Changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your trip, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. The applicable conditions (deadlines and any refunds) are those communicated to you at the time of booking. We may need to change or cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, force majeure), in which case we'll offer an alternative or a fair solution.

6. Surfing, health & safety

Surfing and water sports carry inherent risks. Participants take part at their own risk, must follow the guidance of our team and instructors, and should be in adequate health to participate. We strongly recommend personal travel and medical insurance. Please tell us about any relevant medical conditions in advance.

7. Conduct

We want everyone to have a great time. We may decline service or end participation, without refund, in cases of behaviour that endangers others or seriously disrupts the group.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LOBA is not liable for loss or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, or from participants not following safety guidance. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Portuguese law.

9. Complaints & dispute resolution

If something isn't right, contact us first at geral@lobasurfcamp.com. You can also use the Portuguese electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações) and the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The website's data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
